Mercury Processing Services International (MPSI), is a part of Nets Group a Private Equity backed enterprise based in Copenhagen. However, MPSI and this role are both located in Zagreb, Croatia.
Together we are a fast-growing tech company with the ambition of being European payment champion. We are already of substantial size, 700.000+ merchant outlets and 140.000+ e-comm merchants in MS area, and 250+ banks in Issuing and eSecurity area – for example. To these Clients, we provide secure and critical payments infrastructure, whilst also innovating with biometrics, AI and voice assistants.
You’ll be powering Talent Attraction Team
As Sourcing and Recruitment Administrator, you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. Our main goal is to bring great talents to their teams and build the organizational capabilities for the future, as well as make sure that candidates have a great experience during this process.

We are looking for a candidate who has an eye for the details and likes to take care that everything is done by the book, as it should be.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Administration of the recruitment process
- Check if a position is approved and added into the system (currently SuccessFactors)
- Request and check the Job description
- Add requisition to the system (currently SuccessFactors)
- Add Job description
- Add a picture, standard text etc.
- Format everything
- Manual Job posting
- Manual Job posting on carrier side and Intranet
- Source candidates
- Pre-screen CV’s
- Supporting Managers with organizing and booking interviews

Your professional qualifications include:
- At least high school degree
